Comfortable Living Spaces
The open concept living area features a spacious dining table seating up to 6, perfect for family meals or game nights. Relax in any of the two spacious bedrooms or the cozy living room with a queen sofa bed or step out onto the patio or balcony to enjoy pool views.
No Smoking/Vaping
No smoking and/or vaping inside the house or on balconies. Any smoke odor or damage may result in extra cleaning charges of $250 as well as payment to the Host/Host on any damages to furnishings, and household items during your stay.
Guests will sign a rental agreement, upload a driver’s license, and authorize a security deposit.
Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $200 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy –Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
