Comfortable Living Spaces
The open concept living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy smart TVs in the living room, enclosed 4-season porch, and two of the bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen and propane grill make meal preparation a breeze. For your convenience, beach gear and some fishing equipment are provided.
No Smoking/Vaping
No smoking and/or vaping inside the house or on balconies. Any smoke odor or damage may result in extra cleaning charges of $250 as well as payment to the Host/Host on any damages to furnishings, and household items during your stay.
Beach Gear Provided
Enhance your beach experience with our complimentary beach wagon, beach towels, chairs, and some beach gear. Please note, we do not provide beach umbrellas.
Guests will sign a rental agreement, upload a driver’s license, and authorize a security deposit.
Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $200 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy –Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
