Parking Charge Information (Early registration is encouraged. Refer to the Rental Agreement)
– A one-time $78.11 parking charge is required per stay at check-in (maximum of 3 cars). This includes:
3 parking passes
Access to the covered garage and 2nd-floor skywalk
Wristbands for all registered guests
Replacement costs may apply if passes or wristbands are lost.
To save time, you can register in advance through the Tidewater HOA site
NOTE: The parking garage is accessed via a ramp and has a maximum height clearance of 7 feet. Vehicles exceeding this height will not be able to enter.
Beach Gear Provided
Enhance your beach experience with our complimentary beach wagon, beach towels, chairs, and some beach gear. Please note, we do not provide beach umbrellas.

Guests will sign a rental agreement, upload a driver’s license, and authorize a security deposit.
Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $200 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy –Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
