No Smoking/Vaping
No smoking and/or vaping inside the house or on balconies. Any smoke odor or damage may result in extra cleaning charges of $250 as well as payment to the Host/Host on any damages to furnishings, and household items during your stay.

Beach Gear Provided
Enhance your beach experience with our complimentary beach wagon, beach towels, chairs, and some beach gear. Please note, we do not provide beach umbrellas.

Parking Information Charge
Parking is available in the resort’s covered parking ramp. The cost is $40 per vehicle for the entire stay. Upon arrival, please visit the registration desk to:
– Register and pay for your vehicle(s)
– Receive your parking pass
– Pick up wristbands required for resort access
Note: Wristbands are required for all guests during your stay.

Guests will sign a rental agreement, upload a driver’s license, and authorize a security deposit.
